The first Construction Manager-at-Risk project for the county, the Los Alamos County Justice Center was a 2-phase, 549-day addition/renovation to the existing police-jail facility.  The addition consists of approximately 44,000 sq.ft. and includes a new jail; magistrate, district and municipal courts; and county administration offices.  Renovations were completed in the existing police station and provide modern work spaces for officers and detectives.
