Replacement and renovation of 106 year-old elementary school. New facilities included a two-story classroom, cafeteria/fine arts, administration/library, and pre-k buildings. HB also redeveloped the 10 acre site and infrastructure.

HB provided secure routing for students during each phase of demolition and construction, allowing the school to remain fully operational throughout the campus-wide transformation. The project team also worked with the district to communicate construction updates to parents and the community.
