In partnership with the Albuquerque Housing Authority, this development includes the rehabilitation of 42 existing units alongside the construction of 46 new units, expanding access to quality housing for local residents. Funded through HUD and compliant with BABAA, the project emphasizes sustainability and and long-term durability. Casitas del Camino reflects a collaborative effort to strengthen the community by providing safe, modern, and dignified housing while supporting economic opportunity through Section 3 participation and local engagement.
