HB recently celebrated resident occupancy at Allaso Vineyards Apartments with a ribbon-cutting ceremony. The event commemorated years of work to plan, develop, design, and build this 111 unit luxury apartment complex in Northeast Albuquerque. Community members and new Vineyards residents joined the development, design, and construction teams to tour the facility and enjoy wine tasting in the spacious lounge.

Our team and partners overcame site challenges and material shortages to deliver unsurpassed residential quality, both inside and outside the building. Complex amenities include a resort-style pool and spa, indoor/outdoor fitness area, lounge, rooftop deck with fire pits, and comfortable apartments. This project also included a major public infrastructure upgrade: the intersection at Holly and Ventura was converted into a roundabout, alleviating traffic congestion in a vital neighborhood corridor.
