Construction is underway on Albuquerque’s newest multi-family project, Allaso Vineyards. The Titan Development property will feature 111 luxury units, a resort style pool, and winery-inspired amenities.

In addition to providing density and housing options in the area, the construction of a roundabout at Holly and Ventura will improve safety and accessibility for neighborhood residents and businesses.

Designed by Dekker/ Perich/ Sabatini architects, the 123,000 square foot project will offer studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom layouts. In addition to the construction of two wood-framed, three story structures, HB Construction and its partners will install utilities, parking, landscaping, and other features at the undeveloped site.
