HB Construction is in the beginning stages of construction of Allaso Olivine, Titan Development’s newest multifamily community in Northeast Albuquerque. Site preparation and earthwork HB and its team began in March. 

The new development sits on a 2.7-acre lot and will feature 105 luxury units. In addition to nearby neighborhood attractions and establishments, the property will feature a fitness center, resort-style pool, cabanas, and clubhouse with expansive 15’ ceilings and high-end finishes.  

This is HB Construction’s second project with Titan Development’s Allaso-branded communities designed by architect Dekker Perich Sabatini. Other key project partners include Envision, RESPEC, NP Mechanical, Landa & Associates, and Western Technologies.
