HB Construction is proud to announce that it has been awarded the 2022 Diamond Level STEP Award from the Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC). This award reflects honorees’ dedication to world-class safety and management systems.  

ABC STEP is a national program that measures safety performance and provides improvement tools that impact company-wide safety outcomes. Participating companies are measured on 25 different key safety and process components through a detailed questionnaire.  

According to ABC, STEP Diamond recipients are 655% safer than the industry average.
