HB was recently recognized for excellence in safety and was named a 2021 Gold Level OSHA CLAS Partner and received the Gold STEP Award. The Associated Builders and Contractors of New Mexico present the awards to businesses that ensure a safe workplace.

Participating in the STEP program helps our safety team ensure continuous improvement on processes and policies, refining our safety program, and reducing project site incidents. HB Construction has developed a safety program that is compliant with federal, state, and local regulations, with a concentration on Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA) construction standards.

For over a decade, our Safety Program has been led by Adam Harrington. As an HB Principal, Adam analyzes safety performance independent of our Field Operations department, offering an unbiased perspective on project operations. Together with our team of safety professionals and HB Superintendents, Adam works to beat industry standards year in and year out.
