HB Construction announced the 2019 Ethos Awards at our company-wide Annual Meeting. The awards recognize staff across the company who have demonstrated excellence in the HB core values: Service, Integrity, Community, Safety, Teamwork, Sustainability, and Workforce. Individuals are nominated by coworkers who identify an HB core value in action. Take a look at this year’s winners and why they were nominated : 

Michele Lilley, Service 

“She’s literally the energizer bunny!  I don’t know how she does it, but I do know she deserves the recognition for always going above and beyond in the spirit of giving.” 

Cody Clifton, Integrity 

“There are no grey areas when it comes to contract documents with Cody, he is always happy to explain any questions about documents.” 

Lonny Clark, Community 

“Lonny purchased graduation gowns and caps for all kindergarten kids in Silver City and provided safety vests to crossing guards in the school district. He also went above and beyond and attend the graduation for the kids. At every job Lonny has been to, he always helps that community in some way and really takes the time to get to know the people.” 

Dusty Byers, Safety 

“When you have someone like Dusty who is this passionate about keeping our guys safe, it resonates beyond the jobsite. He’s doing everything in his power to make sure we go home to our loved ones.”
