As the demand for long-term and transitional healthcare continues to grow, so have the expectations of patients. For HB Construction and designer Aria Studio Consultants, the key to meeting these expectations is simple: provide an environment where hospitality and service reign supreme.
The Suites at Rio Rancho is a skilled nursing facility that will offer rehabilitation and post-hospital care in a resort-style setting. The 33,000 sq ft facility on Albuquerque’s west side will feature 47 private rooms, a high-end industrial kitchen, outdoor respite areas, physical and occupational therapy rooms, and salon. The building design promotes a physical environment that encourages relaxation and well-being.
For HB Construction’s CFO Adam Harrington, the project is a chance to improve the patient experience at the local level. “Everything our team has done, down to selecting the site, has been focused on creating convenience for patients and their families. We’re excited to align with a team that has a strong vision for customer service.”
The Suites are situated in a growing healthcare hotspot that includes Presbyterian Rust Medical Center, multiple retirement communities, and new residential developments. Cauwels & Stuve Realty and Development Advisors saw the location as an opportunity to add a facility that supports the area. The facility offers a wide range of skilled nursing services including post-orthopedic care, wound care, and stroke recovery.
HB Construction is excited to partner with Cauwels & Stuve and Aria Studio Consultants on the newest addition to Rio Rancho’s expanding corridor.
