Congratulations to our Project Management 201 graduating class! Over 12 weeks, this group committed themselves to building the skills needed to successfully manage construction projects from planning through closeout.
The 12-week course, led by Executive Vice President Zach Gruen, focused on practical, real-world project financials. Participants learned how to execute change orders, understand proposal bonds, manage contingency, and accurately interpret contract documents. The class also applied this knowledge through real-world scenarios, including allocating project funds, paying subcontractors, maximizing overhead and profit, and supporting the ongoing operational health of the business.

Enrollment in this class was open to more than just project managers. Team members from Operations, Project Development, Safety, and Marketing participated to strengthen their project management knowledge and better understand how their roles support successful projects.
By the end of PM 201, participants emerged as clearer communicators, stronger coordinators, and more accountable leaders. We are proud of this group’s commitment to their careers and look forward to seeing how they apply these skills on current and future projects.
