La Serena Affordable Senior Housing is a four-story senior community development with 60 one-bedroom apartments and 40 two-bedroom apartments co-owned by the Supportive Housing Coalition of New Mexico and Thomas Development Co.
An affordable housing development with full lifestyle amenities, La Serena Senior Apartments includes washers and dryers in each unit, community meeting rooms, a solarium, a library, as well as fitness and dining spaces. Additionally, the development features two separate garage buildings and a fenced perimeter with security gates.
