This new aquatic facility includes an Olympic-sized swimming pool, lobby and ticketing area, spectator seating, and locker rooms. The new natatorium boast a sleek design that includes an east-facing view of the Organ Mountains.
While NMSU’s Frenger Natatorium had served as the primary hub for local swimmers, its limited length and capacity created schedule conflicts. Located adjacent to the Las Cruces Regional Aquatic Center, the new pool will significantly expanded capacity to serve the City’s growing swimming community. In addition to hosting competitive events, the new pool will also remain open to the public for lap swimming.
