HB Construction mobilized this week at Markana Latitude Phase II, a new multi-family apartment complex in North Albuquerque. This exciting new development will add much-needed inventory to the local rental market, including 120 modern apartment units spread across four buildings. Combined with an earlier phase of construction, the complete development will have 240 units.

Markana Latitude is led by Legacy Development & Management, which develops and manages properties throughout Albuquerque and the Pacific Northwest. The project features a contemporary, neighborhood-style design by Legacy and architect Humphreys and Partners. Resident amenities will include a bike repair shop, dog park, pool, two outdoor barbecue pavilions, a centrally located fire pit, and a car wash.

Legacy is preparing the 3.77 acre site and HB recently began work on foundations. The project will be delivered in four-phases to accommodate early leasing and amenity accessibility for residents.
