The new three-story freshman residential hall features shared rooms that can house up to 300 students, a classroom wing, a laundry room, and common areas. Additional project scope included a new access road, fire lane, retention pond, parking lot, and landscaping.

The wood-framed building is set to achieve LEED® Silver certification.
