What a difference two and a half months can make. That’s all it took to transform Safelite Autoglass’ new Rio Rancho Customer Care Center into a modern office facility.
Over 150 people attended the Customer Care Center ribbon cutting ceremony on Tuesday. Among those in attendance were Governor Susana Martinez and Safelite CEO/President Tom Freeney, who both celebrated the creation of over 800 new jobs for New Mexicans.
The 100,000 sq ft facility was renovated through a partnership between HB Construction and Dekker/Perich/Sabatini Architects. The selection of an experienced subcontractor team, coupled with extensive after hours work, made the quick timeline possible.
HB Project Manager Jeffrey Harrison praised the project team. “Our team’s can-do attitude made it possible. We had great coordination with the owner and architect, which led to a successful delivery.”
The Customer Care Center includes over 50,000 sq ft of raised access flooring and several high tech server rooms. It marks Safelite’s fourth call center in the nation.
