This phased project included demolition and new construction of a metal roof, learning garden, and walkway canopy. The second phase consisted of a new metal building with restrooms, classrooms, ADA accommodations, dance studio, library, and administrative offices.

Additional site-wide improvements included concrete foundations, parking lot, a new playground, perimeter fence, and landscaping.
