Built to accommodate seven different users for UNM and UNMH, this five-story renovation project included built-out individual offices, open office areas, break rooms, conference rooms, secured basement parking, and a call center on the 4th Floor. The building required all-new HVAC units and controls, IT system, safety systems, and modern finishes.
