The renovation project called to refurbish the existing mechanical system, install new electrical, plumbing, and site utilities, install new finishes, flooring, drywall, and windows.  Value engineering, constant communication with the design team and owner, and construction ingenuity allowed for the project to be completed with minimal impact to the budget and some historic renovations and preservation throughout the building.
