As Winners of HB’s 2020 Project of the Year Award, the Silver City High School Renovation team demonstrated excellence in teamwork and communication. As a Construction Manager at Risk project, HB’s management and field staff were directly involved in design and planning. This resulted in a seamless transition into the construction phase by a team that stayed closely coordinated.

Superintendent Felipe Luna was most proud of the way the team stayed connected throughout the project. “The thing that matters most is communication. You have to have that communication with your team.”
