Rebecca Latham has joined HB Construction as Vice President of Project Development, bringing a wealth of strategic expertise to the company. Drawing on her leadership experience at the NM Tourism Department and in the nonprofit community, Rebecca will bring value to HB customers by proactively tackling project challenges. She looks forward to advancing HB’s focus on ‘Better Partnerships’ with customers, partners, and the community.
