We’re proud to announce that we have been awarded the OSHA CHASE Blue Level at the AGC New Mexico Annual Safety Awards Event, an achievement that reflects our unwavering commitment to protecting our people and partners. 

The OSHA CHASE (Construction Health and Safety Excellence) Blue Level is the highest distinction within the program, recognizing contractors who demonstrate exceptional safety performance, proactive hazard prevention, and a deep commitment to training and accountability.  

Key Characteristics of CHASE Blue Level: 

• Exceptional Safety Performance: Injury/illness rates must be at least 10% better than national construction averages. 

• High Training Standards: 100% of field supervisors must hold an OSHA 30-hour certification. 

• Rigorous Inspections: Requires successful completion of comprehensive onsite inspections by an AGC Chapter Safety Director. 

• No Serious Violations: Must have zero serious, repeat, or fatality-related OSHA violations in the past three years. 

• Proactive Approach: Focuses on self-monitoring, hazard identification, and prevention.
