Each year at our annual meeting, we take time to reflect not only on our work as a company, but also on the impact we can make beyond it. One of the ways we do this is through our HB Grant Giveaway, an initiative that helps our people to support organizations they care about.
At this year’s Annual Meeting, employees voted on key nonprofits to receive donations from the company. This year, we are proud to support organizations whose mission’s span education, healthcare, hunger relief, and youth development:

- Boys & Girls Club of Las Cruces
- SkillsUSA – Mayfield High School Chapter
- UNM Children’s Hospital
- City of Las Cruces – Project LIGHT
- Special Olympics New Mexico – Law Enforcement Torch Run
