HB is thrilled to have been awarded a new shop facility for UNM Landscaping and Recycling, which will play a vital role in supporting and enhancing campus operations. HB will deliver Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) services, bringing leadership, collaboration, and innovation to ensure the university’s vision is successfully realized.

The project involves the construction of a new approximately 12,000 GSF pre-engineered metal building that will include the following spaces:
– Administration area
– Training areas
– Staff offices
– Indoor warehouse storage areas

Together, this facility will provide a functional, efficient, and future-ready space that strengthens campus operations and supports UNM’s long-term goals.
